When we eat something, our stomach starts working to digest it. In out food, carbohydrates, proteins and fats are situated. glucose is a form of carbohydrate which is digested in our stomach. It needs different enzymes to digest carbohydrates. An enzyme used in digesting carbohydrates is Insulin which is excreted from Pancreas. A diabetic person's pancreas start mal-functioning and start producing less production of insulin, hence the glucose present in blood doesn't reach to the muscles, where it get stored, and pass out of body by urine, hence case anxiety, dippression and weakness of eyes, body structure and much more.
